Fund & Investment Operations Analyst - Corporate Actions, Senior Associate
About the role
Team of six with diverse backgrounds/experiences in Corporate Action roles. High performing function focused on strong outcomes for downstream consumers and internal clients. Collaborative environment suitable for bringing forward ideas, initiatives, and viewpoints.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of both Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Action events (validation of data, scrubbing, event creation, reconciliation, instruction process, etc.)
- Collaborate with service teams, portfolio managers, and external parties on Corporate Action related activities
- Review and enhance current processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Support ad-hoc requirements and projects as necessary
What It Takes
- Corporate Actions experience, especially with complex events requiring strategic thinking
- A strong work ethic and a drive for outcomes, willing to go beyond regular hours to meet commitments
- A curious mindset to understand the investment lifecycle and how Corporate Actions fit within it
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

- This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
