Fund Formation/Investment Management Attorney
Top Vault and Chambers' ranked firms are seeking talented Investment Management/Funds Attorneys to join their teams. While many of these firms are headquartered in Chicago, other office locations will also be considered for qualified candidates. These positions offer 2025 Cravath scale compensation.
About the role
Qualified associates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a top AmLaw or boutique firm, with a focus on investment management or funds. Candidates with experience on the LP or GP side, as well as those specializing in registered funds or investment management, are encouraged to apply. Relocation candidates will be equally considered and compensated accordingly.
