About the role

T troutman pepper locke's finance & banking practice group is seeking a junior attorney to work with our fund finance team, based in the san diego office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fund finance transactions
• Research and draft legal documents
• Work closely with clients and colleagues
• Provide legal advice and support

Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the california state bar
• No specific prior legal or fund finance experience required
• A strong interest in transactional law is necessary
• An interest in finance is a plus

Qualifications

• Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $170,000 dependent on experience.
