About the role

The Fund Development and Communications Director implements the fund development plan and oversees communications work with the goal of growing annual giving, building sustainable revenue sources, and raising awareness of BPFC, its programs, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor and stakeholder engagement
• Manage major gifts and fundraising plan development
• Coordinate fundraising events
• Oversee communications strategy and execution
• Support the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and committees with fundraising guidance, communications, revenue reporting, and forecasting
• Supervise the Communications and Outreach Coordinator

Pay

Salary range: $62,000 – $72,000 depending on experience
