About the role

The Client Partner (AVP) role within Fund Connect is crucial for ensuring client success through strong engagement and exceptional service. Reporting to the Head of Product Sales, this role involves managing a book of client relationships, building strong relationships across various internal teams, and developing trust and accountability across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall revenue outcomes for assigned clients through driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the point of accountability for the client relationship
  • Maintain executive-level relationships to understand the client's business strategy, operating model, and challenges to position GlobalLINK as a strategic partner
  • Lead account planning and opportunity road-mapping to identify whitespace opportunities across products, services, and geographies by aligning client needs with our firm-wide capabilities and strategic priorities
  • Cook up internal stakeholders to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time. Break down silos to deliver integrated, enterprise-level solutions
  • Maintain overall client health and retention by balancing growth ambitions with long-term sustainability. Proactively manage issues, escalations, and service risks; ensure delivery teams are aligned to client expectations
  • Develop expertise on industry trends, competitor services/offerings, and clients' business environment to provide clients with industry insights, sharing themes as well as current and potential impact on the client business model; represent the firm at conferences and be an active participant in related activities
  • Assimilate and share competitor intelligence keeping our Business Solutions team informed of market activity

Requirements

This role requires a strong track record demonstrating success in cultivating meaningful client relationships, outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, a proactive, opinionated mindset with a strong desire to influence product direction and decision-making, an extremely flexible, hands-on approach with a “do what it takes” mentality and a willingness to challenge current paradigms, strong team orientation with a collaborative mentality; thrives in cross-functional environments and values shared success.

A bachelor’s degree, FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 and a clean U-4 will be required. Experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled financial solutions is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years in the financial services industry, preferably in the Money Market Fund/liquidity management industry and/or financial technology

Pay

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
