Fund Accountant
About the role
The role supports the Fund Accounting team at U.S. Bank Global Fund Services. Fund Accountants maintain general ledger and records of various types of funds and produce end-of-day net asset value calculations. They collaborate with internal and external administrators, transfer agencies, and prime brokers/custodians.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily general ledger accounting and prime broker/bank cash reconciliations
- Process advisor/portfolio management requests and apply corporate actions
- Accrue and pay expenses, calculate net asset values, and determine mill rates
- Analyze portfolio pricing and validate portfolio reconciliations
- Distribute internal and external information promptly
- Collaborate with various administrators, transfer agencies, and prime brokers/custodians on compliance, audits, and financial matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of experience in accounting or finance activities
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data
- Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications

Pay
$53,300.00 - $71,100.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
