What's the job?
- Manage daily fund accounting activities, including reconciliation of accounts, values and transactions
- Review fund fees, expenses, investor activity and NAV calculations
- Partner with third-party administrators and trading managers to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Lead investment allocation processes across multiple fund structures
- Review annual audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
- Support annual tax reporting processes with third-party tax providers
- Oversee cash movements, margin calls, capital activity and investor servicing functions
- Assist with foreign exchange and currency hedging activities
- Compile and deliver reports for investors and internal stakeholders
- Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and risk mitigation
- Participate in strategic projects, including new fund launches and fee structure implementation
What's needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-7 years of accounting, fund accounting or investment operations experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is a plus
- Experience utilizing AI tools to automate processes is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Key Details
- Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 annually + eligibility to earn a bonus
