Functional Lead - Contracts (SAP ARIBA)

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 per year

This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.

About the role

Lead the end-to-end configuration and optimization of SAP MM modules for P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification. Integrate SAP MM with SAP AriBA for supplier collaboration, sourcing events, and contract management. Partner with project managers and procurement teams to design solutions tailored to the projects industry, including project-specific material planning, subcontracting, and service procurement. Support data migration, rollouts, and system upgrades for ongoing and new projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues ensuring minimal disruption to procurement operations. Conduct user training and workshops to enhance adoption and process compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, PS, SD) to ensure seamless process integration.
