Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including reviewing medical history, lab work and patient goals.
- Manage ongoing patient interactions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Perform in-office procedures such as IV drips, vitamin therapy and peptide therapy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment protocols focusing on hormone balance, weight management and metabolic health.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate lab results to inform treatment recommendations.
- Prescribe medications, peptides, or supplements as appropriate.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 0-2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in functional health and wellness (hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy) is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable using EMR systems and referencing current literature (e.g., PubMed).
- Willingness to use social media for patient education and professional growth.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care.
