Functional & Longevity Medicine Provider

About the role

Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Practitioner to join their growing wellness team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to help lead and expand a cutting-edge Functional Medicine and Hormone Optimization Program within one of South Florida's premier aesthetic and wellness destinations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness and quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.
• Provide services such as hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, nutritional support, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration therapies and other wellness-focused treatment programs.
• Collaborate with the existing aesthetic, dermatology and wellness services to establish strong referral opportunities.
• Build and grow an innovative Functional Medicine and Hormone Optimization Program.

Requirements

• Licensed MD, DO, NP or PA with active or eligible Florida licensure.
• Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or related specialty preferred.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy or wellness medicine strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Passion for personalized, patient-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing wellness services.

Qualifications
