Functional Family Therapist – York County

Job Duties

• Utilize appropriate clinical skills.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical interviews.
• Use program-related and research-based treatment approaches.
• See clients throughout York County and adjoining counties as needed.
• Mandatory weekly in-person clinical supervision during the day.
• Manage case loads for part-time therapists of a minimum of 6 clients, and full-time therapists of 13 clients.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is preferred.
• If a Master's Degree is not held, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is acceptable, but a minimum of two years of mental health-related job or internship experience is required.
• Experience working across various settings, including home and school, is preferred.
• The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training certificate.
• CASSP (or children's services) related area experience is beneficial.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
