Job Duties
- Utilize appropriate clinical skills.
- Develop person-centered treatment plans.
- Conduct clinical interviews.
- Use program-related and research-based treatment approaches.
- See clients throughout York County and adjoining counties as needed.
- Mandatory weekly in-person clinical supervision during the day.
- Manage case loads for part-time therapists of a minimum of 6 clients, and full-time therapists of 13 clients.
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is preferred.
- If a Master's Degree is not held, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is acceptable, but a minimum of two years of mental health-related job or internship experience is required.
- Experience working across various settings, including home and school, is preferred.
- The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training certificate.
- CASSP (or children's services) related area experience is beneficial.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
