The Functional Family Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic services within a family system framework. This includes assessment, intervention, and ongoing support to families facing various challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of family dynamics and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to families in a variety of settings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed to practice as a therapist in the state of [State]
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
