Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to deeply understand and document their current and future-state needs for a unified customer view.
• Define and design the conceptual and logical customer data model. Identify key customer attributes, entities, relationships, and hierarchies required to meet business objectives.
• Analyze the client's myriad source systems (e.g., Point-of-Sale, e-commerce, Loyalty Program, Marketing Cloud, ERP, Customer Service) and create detailed data mapping specifications for the ETL ELT development teams.
• Collaborate with business teams to define how the Customer 360 data will activate key use cases, such as campaign segmentation, personalization, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value (CLV) calculation.
• Act as the functional expert during the testing and validation phases, ensuring that the built solution meets the documented business requirements and data quality thresholds.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and business rule definitions, to ensure the client can successfully adopt and govern the solution.
