Key Responsibilities

• Defining and promoting functional implementation standards and best practices.
• Serving as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Supporting implementation scoping, estimation, and program planning activities.
• Leading functional design discussions and solution definition workshops.
• Driving adoption of XTEL's template-led delivery approach.
• Developing implementation playbooks, methodologies, and training materials.
• Reviewing solution designs and delivery artefacts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coaching delivery teams and implementation partners globally.

Requirements

• Significant experience within SaaS, enterprise software or business application implementations.
• Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, pricing, planning or related CPG domains.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and solution design activities.
• Strong implementation lifecycle knowledge from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
• Experience developing methodologies, templates, and reusable delivery assets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Previous experience within CPG or commercial transformation environments would be highly beneficial.
