About the role
Drive financial innovation as our next Lead Functional Application Architect for ePayments & Portals. Design and optimize seamless, secure digital payment experiences on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end functional design for global ePayments and customer-facing self-service capabilities within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Design and govern scalable, secure payment workflows and API-based integrations between Salesforce, payment gateways, and downstream financial systems.
- Convert complex business and finance requirements into detailed user stories and executable architectures, collaborating closely with globally distributed agile delivery teams.
- Ensure total alignment with global payment regulations, PCI-DSS compliance, and advanced transaction security standards across all platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture with direct exposure to payment processing or billing platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of global payment methods, including credit cards, ACH, SEPA, and direct debit.
- Proven experience integrating CRM or billing systems with payment gateways and financial systems.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones using Jira and Confluence.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with subscription billing models and recurring payment processing.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-currency setups, ERP systems, and revenue recognition platforms.
- Bonus points for experience integrating Salesforce with major payment gateways like Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or CyberSource.

Pay & Benefits
Compensation: $144,600.00–$198,800.00 per year. No bonuses or commissions.
