About the role
In this role, you will serve as the premier functional lead owning the end-to-end design for global CPQ processes. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between sales, finance, and operations, directly shaping the scalability of our product catalogs, pricing models, and global revenue workflows in a highly collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end functional design for CPQ processes, converting business needs into detailed blueprints for product catalogs, pricing rules, and quoting workflows.
- Convert high-level epics into clear user stories and collaborate with product owners, sales operations, and delivery teams across multiple time zones.
- Govern business data flows and oversee key system integrations across CRM, billing, revenue recognition, and downstream fulfillment systems.
- Establish enterprise-wide best practices for product modeling, pricing governance, and approval workflows while providing expert level production support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong functional focus on Salesforce CPQ.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing strategies, and order lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable, clean functional designs.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Jira and Confluence within an agile delivery environment.
- Skilled collaborator with experience working across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.
Skills
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Application Architect certifications.
- Experience integrating CPQ and Order Management with ERP, billing, and revenue recognition systems.
- Familiarity with subscription models, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience with tax engines, payment processing, and global compliance requirements.
- Exposure to automation and AI-driven pricing or quoting optimization.

Pay
Hiring range: $144,600.00–$198,800.00 (salary). Bonus eligible.
