About the role

The Functional Business Analyst will provide operations support by obtaining facts, analyzing problems, designing solutions, developing testing methods, conducting and documenting tests, and providing operating information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support by obtaining facts, analyzing problems, designing solutions, developing testing methods, conducting and documenting tests, and providing operating information to customers.
• Must have 1+ year of ICD 10 experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Healthcare Functional Analyst experience.
• 2+ years of experience in H/C business analysis, systems analysis.
• Organized, detail-oriented while meeting strict deadlines.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Education: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Skills

• ICD 10 experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
