Responsibilities
- Own the overall financial performance of the park, including revenue growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
- Analyze business trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue across admissions, birthday parties, group events, merchandise, and new business opportunities.
- Partner with corporate marketing while actively building local relationships with schools, youth organizations, businesses, and community groups to grow awareness and drive traffic.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
Team Leadership
- Create a culture built on accountability, recognition, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure every team member understands how their role contributes to the success of the business.
Guest Experience & Operations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
- Lead daily operations while empowering your leadership team to execute consistently.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while identifying opportunities to improve future experiences.
- Ensure every visit reflects the FUNBOX brand and exceeds guest expectations.
Safety & Facility Leadership
- Champion a proactive safety culture through training, accountability, and continuous oversight.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment readiness, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Protect both guests and team members by maintaining a safe, clean, and well-operated environment.

Compensation And Benefits
$82,000- $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance bonus opportunities tied to business results.

Requirements
- 3+ years leading high-volume operations in family entertainment, hospitality, retail, fitness, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated experience owning business performance, including labor, revenue, and financial accountability.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, build strong teams, and create a culture of accountability.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for kids and families.
