Fully Remote Patient Service Representative $17.50/hr
About the role
Join a growing healthcare team helping patients transition home after hospital discharge. Make outbound calls to recently discharged patients to schedule Nurse Coach assessments, answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, coordinate care with patients, physicians, and nurse coaches, document all patient interactions accurately, follow scripted outreach and engagement processes, complete 50–100 calls daily while meeting quality and productivity goals.
Requirements
- 1+ year of call center experience (required)
- High-volume customer service, outreach, or patient support experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in a remote call center environment
- Weekend availability required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet and private workspace
Preferred
- Healthcare experience, including: Patient Services, Patient Access/Admissions, Insurance Verification, Medical Billing or Coding, Claims Processing, Member Services, Medical Call Center Support

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply. Benefits are subject to change and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include:
