Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and bookings for hotel accommodations
• Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel options and amenities
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
