About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings 24/7 via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations
  • Follow up with customers post-booking to gather feedback and address any concerns
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of hotel industry terminology
