About the role
Provide exceptional customer service to hotel booking customers. Utilize AI tools to enhance the booking process and ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings 24/7 via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations
- Follow up with customers post-booking to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel industry terminology
