We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cruise & Resort Booking Specialist to assist clients with coordinating cruise vacations and resort stays. This fully remote role supports the reservation process from initial inquiry through confirmed booking, ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries and resort options
• Coordinate and confirm reservations for cruises, hotels, and all-inclusive properties
• Review booking details including travel dates, accommodations, and payment timelines
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding itinerary updates and travel requirements
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable navigating online booking systems and digital tools
