About the role

As a Cruise & Resort Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing bookings for cruise and resort destinations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and bookings for cruise and resort destinations
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and cancellations
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or reservation role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Pay
