POSITION SUMMARY: Join our team in Urgent Care and experience the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and unique medical needs. As a Radiology Technologist Care Guide, you'll ensure a seamless patient experience by managing everything from clerical and clinical tasks to occupational health duties, including imaging, registration, vitals, and drug screens. Our dynamic and fast-paced environment ensures that each day brings new and exciting challenges, keeping your work engaging and fulfilling.
This position may require floating between various facilities.
Qualifications
- FULLY LICENSED RAD TECH REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed with IEMA; American Heart Assosciation (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire. ARRT (R) registry eligible. Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
- Other Requirements/information: May be required to float between clinics as needed
- Other Skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy. Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of Epic. Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.
- LIMITED LICENSE RAD TECH REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1 year healthcare experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
- Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. May be required to float between clinics as needed. Experience: Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record. Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of Epic. Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgement, diplomacy, decision making, and a customer service attitude.

Pay
- Fully Licensed Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $27.25 - $35.67/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
- Limited License Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $21.93 - $28.71/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
