Responsibilities
- Provide Outstanding Care
- Assess mental health diagnoses
- Create treatment plans
- Use creative interventions
- Maintain a Caseload
- Manage approximately 25-35 clients per week
- Complete Clinical Documentation
- Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with a Team
- Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals
- Contribute to Our Mission
- Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff
Requirements
- A Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, etc.) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure.
- Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
- Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
