Responsibilities

  • Provide Outstanding Care
  • Assess mental health diagnoses
  • Create treatment plans
  • Use creative interventions
  • Maintain a Caseload
  • Manage approximately 25-35 clients per week
  • Complete Clinical Documentation
  • Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with a Team
  • Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to Our Mission
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff

Requirements

  • A Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, etc.) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure.
  • Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
  • Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
  • Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
