Fullstack Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled senior full stack software developers to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will deliver innovative solutions to our clients, working closely with internal and customer IT and business teams throughout all project phases—from pre-study to implementation and testing.

You will develop new software applications, operate and maintain existing ones, and contribute to the solution design of new services. Your role includes driving continuous improvement in our applications for better quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness, as well as refining our processes to deliver top-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new software applications and maintain existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams during all project phases (pre-study, implementation, testing).
• Contribute to the solution design of new services.
• Improve application quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Reflect on and enhance our development and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the tech industry with a strong technical background in full stack development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: Java, C#/.NET, Python, C/C++.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Go Cloud.
• Proficiency in databases such as SQL and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and principles (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Protractor).
• Proven track record of delivering quality solutions in an agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with foreign clients.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Swedish language proficiency is an advantage.
