About the role
The Customer Success team at Pylon America exists to ensure our customers can close loans quickly, confidently, and without friction. Our customers navigate complex regulatory environments, strict timelines, and borrower expectations simultaneously. As a Full Stack Engineer on this team, you will model hard domain problems in code, turning messy, real-world lending scenarios into clean, reliable software. You will get immediate feedback on live customer problems and own solutions end-to-end, from the first line of code to production deploy to long-term maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Model hard domain problems in code

Requirements
- Deeply curious
- Willing to put the work in to solve the hardest of problems
Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript, React, NestJS, GraphQL, SQL (PostgreSQL), and Temporal.io
- Strong understanding of AI-driven development tools and agentic infrastructure
