Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in the insurance industry to identify an experienced Full-Stack Developer for a technology-driven product focused on analytics, data visualization, and real-time performance insights. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to scalable applications that deliver actionable information to decision-makers and support public safety-focused use cases.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in NodeJS and Angular to help develop high-performance, analytics-driven applications. You will contribute across both backend and frontend development while working on data visualization, real-time metrics, scalability, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using NodeJS for backend services and Angular for frontend development.
• Build solutions focused on data analytics, visualization, and real-time performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend services effectively.
• Create seamless user experiences for public safety officials and community users.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop reusable components and libraries that can support multiple applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration activities.
• Apply secure and maintainable software development practices.
• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS and Angular building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend frameworks, including NextJS.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization frameworks such as D3.js or Chart.js.
• Strong knowledge of client-side and server-side performance optimization.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Experience building Docker images and working with Kubernetes deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
• Knowledge of secure and compliant software development practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AI or machine learning techniques applicable to predictive analytics or incident trend analysis.
• Knowledge of PHP/Laravel.
• Experience with ArcGIS ESRI and geospatial mapping.
• Previous experience in public safety, law enforcement, or related industries.

Pay

$55.00–$60.00 per hour

Work Arrangement

• Remote position.
• EST working hours.
• Role is associated with the client's insurance industry operations.
