About The Role Build and ship features across cascrow's web platform (Next.js) and mobile app (React Native). You'll touch everything from UI to API routes to blockchain integrations. What you will do Develop and improve frontend features in Next.js (App Router) and TypeScriptBuild out the React Native / Expo mobile app from its current scaffoldWork with our dual-chain backend (XRPL + EVM) and AI verification servicesImprove UI consistency and fix rough edges across the platform What we are looking for Fluent in English, written and spokenStrong TypeScript and React skillsExperience with Next.js, App Router preferredSolid Git workflow and comfortable with the standard developer toolchainExperience working with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPTExperience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Nice to have, not required. React Native or Expo experiencePython for scripting and data workFamiliarity with ethers.js or Web3 librariesExperience with Tailwind CSSGerman is a plus
