Full-Time Warehouse Team Member
Do it Best Group is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Lexington, SC distribution center. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
Pay
Earn up to $25.01/hr. Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 - $23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days. Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $2.01 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus.
Schedule
Regular weekday hours (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
Qualifications
- Forklift or High Reach experience preferred
