Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate (SUN-THURS)

About the role

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
• Operate machinery including pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Assists with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
• Must be willing to cross train.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Able to use electronic devices.
• Able to perform basic math functions, identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Must be comfortable wearing protective equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay

$20.09 per hour, Sunday - Thursday (12pm - 8:30pm), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Oncall: 15400 South Green Road - Olathe, KS 66061

Work Environment

The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
