Full-Time Warehouse Associate - Prescott, AZ

Overview

Davidson’s, a 90‑year‑old innovative leader in firearms distribution, is seeking Warehouse Associates for its Distribution Center in Prescott, AZ. The role involves working in a high‑security, clean, and safety‑oriented environment to stock, pull, pack, and ship items while ensuring on‑time and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Pull items for customer orders.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and on schedule.
• Operate computerized equipment and hand scanners.
• Use manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high‑efficiency operations.
• Double‑check work for accuracy and follow‑through on tasks.
• Work overtime when required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 4+ hours per shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lb or more and push/pull/carry the same weight throughout the shift.
• Proficiency with computerized equipment, hand scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Upbeat, positive interpersonal demeanor and strong teamwork orientation.
• Strong attention to detail with a habit of double‑checking work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Pay

Starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
