Full-Time Warehouse Associate Outbound
About the role
Our warehouse operations ensure products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Positions are typically full-time with an average of 30-35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Receives (Inbound) or selects (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
- Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
- Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Takes warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
- Communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provides input to warehouse management for process improvements.
- Inspects product and reports quality, safety, and sanitation issues to management.
- Aids in achieving budgeted goals.
- Accurately performs all assigned tasks, following company policy and procedures.
- Operates equipment safely and follows ergonomic guidelines.
- Notifies management of product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
Requirements
- Frequent lifting and moving of product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, walking, and operating powered industrial equipment.
- Working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, and refrigerated/freezer areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay
- Starting wage: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).
Schedule
- Schedule A1 & A2: Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday.
- Pay Scale: Year 1 - $26.50 | Year 2 - $27.25 | Year 3 - $28.00 | Year 4 - $28.00 | Year 5 - $29.00
- Schedule B: Three-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks. Off Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Pay Scale: Year 1 - $24.50 | Year 2 - $25.25 | Year 3 - $26.00 | Year 4 - $26.00 | Year 5 - $27.00
- Schedule C: Four-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Off Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Pay Scale: Year 1 - $23.50 | Year 2 - $24.25 | Year 3 - $25.00 | Year 4 - $25.00 | Year 5 - $26.00
- Schedule D: Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; off on Saturday and Sunday.
- Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.50 | Year 2 - $23.25 | Year 3 - $24.00 | Year 4 - $24.00 | Year 5 - $25.00
