Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging, and shipping customer orders, as well as managing returns and inventory control.
• Verifying received merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies, and reporting defects.
• Stocking shelves and using RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assembling orders, entering data into computer systems, and inspecting returned items.
• Performing inventory counts, assisting with inventory procedures, and operating motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of relevant work experience with a good understanding of warehouse workflows.

Skills

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Basic math, computer literacy, and the ability to use safety equipment and operate power machinery.
• Ability to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and maintain safety standards.
