Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a dynamic team supporting distribution services in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
• Verifying merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
• Stocking shelves, using RF devices for inventory tasks, assembling customer orders, and entering data into computer systems.
• Inspecting returned items, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with inventory procedures.
• Operating power equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) and handling controlled substances in specialized environments.
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience with a basic understanding of workflow.
• Ability to read, understand English, perform basic math, and maintain organizational standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and participate in physical inventory.
• Team player with good judgment; flexibility to work overtime if needed.
