Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Inbound/Outbound)

About the role

Our warehouse operations ensure products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. Warehouse employees typically work 32 hours per week, split across second and third shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive or select stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts following guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to warehouse management on process improvements.
• Inspect products, consult with management on quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Aid in achieving budgeted goals set by warehouse management.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all assigned tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow ergonomic guidelines during work.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Notify management of product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting and moving of merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay scales vary by schedule type, ranging from $21.25 to $29.75 per hour.
• Schedules include A1, A2, B, C, and D options, each with different pay scales and rotation patterns.
