Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Outbound)

About the role

Our warehouse operations ensure products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. Warehouse employees typically work 32 hours per week on average.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Takes warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Communicates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality, addresses safety concerns, and ensures sanitation.
• Aids in achieving budgeted goals set by warehouse management.
• Accurately performs all assigned tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Fulfills ergonomic requirements as per established procedures.
• Operates equipment safely and complies with safety guidelines.
• Notifies management of product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting and moving of merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.

Pay

• Starting wage ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay.
• Pay scales vary by schedule type, ranging from $24.00 to $30.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Schedule A1 & A2: Works Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday. Pay scales range from $28.00 to $30.50 per hour.
• Schedule B: Rotating three-week schedule working Saturday and Sunday every two weeks. Off Wednesdays and Thursdays. Pay scales range from $26.00 to $28.50 per hour.
• Schedule C: Rotating four-week schedule working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Off Wednesdays and Thursdays. Pay scales range from $25.00 to $27.50 per hour.
• Schedule D: Works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; off on Saturdays and Sundays. Pay scales range from $24.00 to $26.50 per hour.
