Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position supports logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment of products and assets. Responsibilities include updating systems with transaction details, tracking fleet activity, preparing shipping documentation, and resolving routine operational exceptions. Key Responsibilities Verify transportation and shipment information to support product movement.Maintain data integrity by updating warehouse and logistics systems.Monitor fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to ensure schedule adherence.Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for accurate transaction processing.Review and resolve routine issues related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in warehouse support, shipping, or inventory control preferred.Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics documentation, and transportation systems.Ability to process operational activities, analyze data, and support issue resolution.Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.Support continuous improvement within established procedures. Additional Information: Certification in supply chain or related fields is a plus. The role emphasizes accuracy, operational record maintenance, and system support to enhance logistics workflows.
