Full Time Van Delivery Driver

About the role

Gordon Food Service Store LLC is seeking a Van Delivery Driver to join their team. The position operates within a fast-paced retail environment that supports personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurately located and picked orders to Wholesale customers
• Maintain good customer relationships by ensuring accurate, timely deliveries of GFS products
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment
• In-Store: Process customer purchases efficiently through the point of sale system
• Ensure security of assets including cash, checks, and merchandise by following policies and procedures
• Accurately receive and merchandise products, maintaining proper rotation and quality standards
• Top stock, freezer, cooler, and backroom organization
• Additional assistance with store operations before or after completing the route

Requirements

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred
• Unrestricted Standard Operator’s License required
• Clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years)
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds

Schedule

Monday through Saturday: 7AM-8PM; Sunday: 9AM-6PM
Holidays Off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter
