Full Time Van Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC is hiring for a Van Delivery Driver position at 1450 Holland Rd, Maumee, OH, 43537-1618. The position requires open availability during store hours Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM; Sunday 9AM-6PM, with holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurately located and picked orders to Wholesale customers
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Accurately deliver GFS products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment
• In-Store: Accurately process customer purchases through the point of sale system
• Ensure security of assets including cash, checks, and merchandise
• Maintain proper rotation and product quality in the store
• Top stock, freezer, cooler, and backroom organization

Requirements

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required
• Clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years)
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds
