Full Time Universal Banker - Downtown Allentown *Bilingual In Spanish Required*

About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Universal Banker to join our team in Downtown Allentown. This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Servicing member's basic transactional needs
• Conducting general account maintenance
• Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification to assist members in realizing their long-term financial goals
• Utilizing our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and develop appropriate credit solutions
• Following up on loan applicants and ultimately closing loans
• Keeping current on all FCFCU products and services
• Utilizing Smartphones and tablets to personally demonstrate alternative banking channels including mobile and online banking
• Maintaining knowledge of fundamentals of lending, loan documentation, and corresponding loan compliance (obtain NMLS license)
• Making appropriate referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialists
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving while handling member objections

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
• High School diploma
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Strong oral and written communications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Lobby hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am - 1:00pm.
