This position involves providing high-quality customer service and processing financial transactions in a retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account openings
• Handle deposits
• Cash checks
• Offer tailored product recommendations through consultative conversations
• Make outbound calls and referrals to meet sales and referral goals
• Support loan applications
• Cross-sell services
• Deliver excellent service, resolve client inquiries, and enhance product knowledge through ongoing training
• Ensure adherence to bank regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Support daily operations, assist with audit procedures, and help train new associates to maintain operational efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of teller experience
• Ability to perform essential duties and meet background and licensing requirements, including a credit check and compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act
