Full-Time Universal Banker

Role Overview: This onsite position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment, focusing on daily financial transactions, account opening, and promoting bank products. Key Responsibilities Provide teller support by processing deposits, handling currency, coins, and check cashing, as well as platform support through opening and managing deposit accounts.Engage clients via consultative conversations to identify needs and recommend suitable products and services.Assist with opening demand and time deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Cross-sell services, generate referrals, and conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients, supporting deposit and loan campaigns.Support loan applications by assisting clients and coordinating with relevant associates.Research and resolve client inquiries, ensuring excellent service and prompt issue resolution.Maintain compliance with bank policies, risk management, internal controls, and ethics.Assist with operational tasks, audit controls, and training new team members, ensuring adherence to all updates and guidelines.Perform additional related duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of teller experience preferred.Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Ability to work collaboratively, stay informed on operational updates, and uphold compliance standards. Additional Requirements: Must pass background and credit checks and comply with regulations such as the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act. Ongoing employment depends on meeting these requirements.
