Full-Time Universal Banker

About the role

This position involves providing sales, service, and operational support within a banking environment to ensure efficient customer experiences and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions, deposit account openings, and cross-selling banking products through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Open and process various deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Research and resolve account issues, respond to inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support daily banking operations, assist with loan applications, and participate in outbound client calls, especially during campaigns.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and internal controls; contribute to team training and stay updated on operational changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred one year of teller experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

No supervisory responsibilities. Employment is contingent upon background checks and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
