Full-Time Universal Banker

About the role

This position involves delivering exceptional client service by providing both teller and platform support.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily financial transactions, including deposits, cash handling, and check cashing.
• Open and process new demand and deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.
• Cross-sell and refer clients to bank partners to generate new business and strengthen relationships.
• Research and resolve account issues, respond to inquiries, and deliver excellent client experiences.
• Assist with operational duties, including audit controls and supporting branch staff.
• Participate in client/prospect outbound calls and special campaign activities.
• Enhance product knowledge through training and meetings to better serve clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, internal controls, and ethical standards.
• Support operational efficiency and stay informed of updates and changes.
• Assist management with onboarding and training of new associates and perform other assigned duties.
