Full-Time Universal Banker

About the role

Provide high-quality, accurate customer service by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and introducing banking products to clients. Support teller and platform operations to minimize wait times and ensure excellent service. Identify client needs through conversations and recommend suitable products, including deposit and loan services. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients to promote banking solutions and generate business. Assist clients with loan applications and resolve account inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive client experience. Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management procedures. Support daily operations, including audit processes, and aid in training new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience as a Teller
• Completion of the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment required for consideration
• Must meet background and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing employment
