Full-Time Universal Banker

Location: This role requires onsite presence as specified in the job posting. Summary: Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service by processing daily financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking setting. Introduce bank products and services through outreach, offering tailored recommendations to deepen client relationships. Perform outbound sales calls to meet or exceed sales and referral targets, supporting banking center goals. Essential Duties Include Supporting teller and platform functions by handling deposits, currency, and check cashing, as well as opening various deposit accounts.Identifying client needs via consultative conversations and recommending suitable products and services.Processing new demand and time deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.Cross-selling and referring clients to bank partners to generate new business and strengthen relationships.Conducting outbound calls to clients and prospects, especially during campaigns.Assisting with loan applications and collaborating with relevant associates for processing. Client Experience Responsibilities Researching and resolving client inquiries and issues promptly.Consistently delivering excellent service and enhancing product knowledge through ongoing training. Compliance And Operational Duties Adhering to bank regulations, policies, internal controls, and ethical standards.Supporting daily operations, including audit controls and training new staff.Staying informed of operational updates to ensure compliance.Performing additional job-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, with up to 1 year of teller experience. Ability to meet background credit checks and compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and ability to perform essential duties effectively.
