About the Role

Oversee daily clinical operations of a skilled nursing unit during the 7a–3p shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff and CNAs
• Coordinate care plans and monitor resident conditions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with therapy and medical teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a compassionate, respectful environment focused on safety, dignity, and optimal resident outcomes
