The mission is to create extraordinary impressions through our people. This full-time hourly position is located in Hershey, Pennsylvania and the company will not provide relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of Tour Ride to include operators and VIP attendants
• Act as a main point of contact for the Tour Ride Train team members on protocol and operational procedures
• Maintain training guide for new Tour Ride employees
• Keep team members and leaders informed about the Tour Ride operation
• Partner with the Scheduling Team to ensure proper staffing levels
• Partner with Attractions leaders to problem solve guests' issues that arise within the Tour Ride attraction
• Partner with Warehouse to order supplies
• Partner with Groups and Events staff to ensure proper staffing for Tour Ride seasonal events
• Perform other related duties in the Attractions Department to meet business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service and relevant ride experience
• Minimum age: 18 years or older
• Availability: Rotating 40-hour schedule that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications and customer-service skills
• Must be able to perform all duties on the Tour Ride including duties of the VIP Attendant and Tour Ride Operator
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to react quickly and remain calm and professional in special/crisis situations
• Ability to interact with large groups
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to be productive in fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Process improvement oriented
• Must be approachable, showing that our guests are our priority
• Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile
• Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs
• Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest

Pay

$17.50 per hour or more based on experience
