Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets, refunds, questions, and/or complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure daily operations of ticketing desk and other areas are running smoothly.
- Provide excellent customer service following the Give 'Em the Pickle customer service standards.
- Check-In groups.
- Adhere to all cashiering procedures.
- Anounce and load tours.
- Monitor tours in cave.
- Provide leadership, support, and supervision to front line staff.
- Understand staff schedule, schedule needs and cover shifts as needed.
- Work as Tour Guide as needed.
- Drive the 15-passenger van as needed.
- Other duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
- Background check required.
- Must have valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
- Ability to count, add, subtract, give accurate change, and keep all monies organized.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read, interpret, and respond to necessary documents.
- Ability to work with minimum amount of supervision.
- Ability to input and access data in computer, to perform assigned duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
- The ability to work with a team and solve problems as they arise.
